Repair Audit™ – As the Motorist’s Advocate, when a MOD specialist undertakes a Repair Audit and speaks with a service repair industry representative on behalf of a member, three considerations are paramount: is the vehicle being properly diagnosed; does the repair facility’s estimated cost to repair the vehicle represent a fair price; and is the vehicle at the right type of facility given the nature of the repair. In order to avail yourself of this service just give your MOD membership card to the service writer at the repair facility and ask them to call MOD at 1-888-691-1663 before undertaking any repair work. MOD always engages the repair facility representative in a positive and polite manner and, importantly, as someone who knows the business as well as they do.
